Barolo, Barbaresco, Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Favorita, Moscato, Roero Arneis

DOLCETTO: typical wine of the Langhe made from the fast maturation of the grape.

Characteristics: low tenor of acidity, dry wine, red delicate, intensely perfumed on the higher hills. Sturdy and higher alcoholic gradazione on hills of the albese where they give origin to three wines D.O.C.

BAROLO: D.O.C.G. cultivated in eleven towns located in the right side of the Tanaro - Barolo, the Morra, Serralunga, Castiglione Falletto, Verduno, Grinzane Cavour, Monforte, Gives, Roddi, Novello and Cherasco. Draft of a wine with at least three years of aging. 

Characteristics: red intense, orange-colored glares after aging years, complete, sturdy scent of body. Particularly pleasant with all the warm plates of the most typical langarola and thrilling kitchen with roast and the plates of game

BARBARESCO: D.O.C.G (Controlled and Guaranteed Denomination Origin). Product in three towns: Barberian, Treiso and Neive and in the fraction S.Rocco Senodelvio di Alba. At least two years of aging

Characteristics: particular delicacy and morbid, harmonic, modern wine, that satisfies and accompanies very well the albese kitchen.

DOLCETTO  of DAWN: red color steals with violacei glares, scent frasco, sapore balanced, ammandorlato on the end

DOLCETTO  of GIVE: aristocrat, rich of structure and scents, with fragrance of yielded, sapore harmonic

DOLCETTO  of DOGLIANI: delicate and kind, intense scent, tenuous, sapore color red soft and ammandorlato

BARBERA: wine diffused on the left right and of the Tanaro, famous for its robustness and productivity much.

     

 

 

NEBBIOLO: ancient wine with red grapes and really noble for the wine series that it produces.

Sensitive Wine to the violent jolts of temperature, preprefers hill lands, very exposed to the sun, but not too much barren and door to maturation the fruits beyond the half of October

 

 

BARBERA of ALBA: D.O.C. red, purpureo, rich color of sapore, structure and body.

MOSCATO: the most known, valuable and diffused wine from white fruit. Producted especially in the albese lands like Saint Stefano Belbo leaving from Neive, Trezzo and Neviglie.

Very diffused and ancient Wine.

ARNEIS: ancient wine made from the white fruit cultivated on collinari sands of the Roero with its own typical characteristics for the geologic conformation of the land.

ROERO ARNEIS: D.O.C. yellow color, with frequent green shadings, gentle scent of flowers and yields fresh.

ROERO: D.O.C. Wine composed for 95% of grape of the wine nebbiolo cultivated in the zone of the Roero and for 5% of Arneis or grapes of local wines; young personality for the acknowledgment and the taste.

FAVORITE: pale gold color, with green glares. The name recalls the favors that the grape and the wine deserved on the noble caterings of the Roero, while the "reflected blond men" of the cluster seem to evoke the brightness from the Liguria sun and the sky. The wine it is in fact the same one of the Vermentino and is reached in the long Roero the roads of the oil. The delicate scent  and and exotic fruit are perceived and, citruses flower of linden. It is preferentially tasted  with cold and warm appetizers and every type of fish and crustaceans.
