Carmagnola 2010 – Sagra del Peperone
Carmagnola è pronta per entrare nei Guiness dei primati con la peperonata da record, che sarà preparata il 5 Settembre, in occasione della giornata che andrà a chiudere la Sagra del Peperone.
In una pentola di tre metri di diametro (visibile nell’immagine qui a fianco), grazie alla collaborazione di numerosi volontari, sarà preparata e cucinata una peperonata eccezionale con le quattro tipologie dei peperoni di Carmagnola, alla presenza di un Giudice Ufficiale.
Alle ore 18:00 circa si provvederà alla pesa della peperonata: la sfida consisterà nell’ottenere 500 Kg di prodotto cotto.
La mega-peperonata sarà quindi distribuita gratuitamente a tutti i presenti fino ad esaurimento.

Carmagnola 2010 – Pepper Festival
Carmagnola is ready to enter in the Guinness Book of Records with the cooked peppers that will be prepared on September the 5th, during the day which will close the Pepper festival.
In a very large pot of three meters diameter (see picture above), with the help of many volunteers, a great peperonata will be prepared and cooked with the four typically different kinds of Carmagnola peppers, under the supervision of a court officer.
At approximately 18:00, the weight of the peppers will be verified: the aim being to get 500 kg of cooked product.
The so cooked super-peppers will be distributed for free to all the visitors.
